This dry white Gaudou is exceptionnel, being made from red Malbec grapes. It is harvested very early and made like a white wine. It has a beautiful bright light yellow colour. The taste is an equilibrium between acidic and fruity flavours which allows through floral and citrus fruit aromas. The taste is fresh, supple and rounded with a lemon after taste. It is best appreciated as an aperitif, with fish, sea food or with an entrée.

Wine making: harvest by hand, pressing, modern fermenting.
Tasting : Expressif fruity nose with hints of citrus. In the mouth, one finds a white tasting of mineral and green apple and citrus.
Keeps for : 5 years
Drink at : 8 to 12 °C.
With food : pleasurable wine to drink with hors d’oeuvre, sea food, salad or as an aperitif.
